After careful thought, I’ve made a big decision: I’m stepping away from Patreon entirely and taking full control of DateBob as an independent creator.
From now on, all support and exclusive content will be handled directly through my own PayPal subscriptions and custom missions. I will no longer update new posts on Patreon.
My New Simple Setup
I’ve created 4 clear subscription options via PayPal:
- Daily Supporter — $1 per day
- Weekly Supporter — $6 per week
- Monthly Supporter — $20 per month
- Yearly Patronage — $210 per year
These replace all previous Patreon tiers. The benefits include early access to new essays, exclusive long-form content, behind-the-scenes thoughts, and access to the private section.

Why I’m Making This Change
I want to be truly independent.
Patreon takes a significant cut and adds complexity. By moving everything to my own PayPal system, more of your support goes directly to me. This allows me to:
- Keep things simple and transparent
- Build a closer, more direct relationship with you
- Focus my energy entirely on writing better and more consistent content
- Grow DateBob completely on my own terms
Private Journey Booking (custom undercover reports or special requests) will also be handled through Custom Mission style via PayPal. If you have a specific idea — for example, sending me to observe a certain type of dating event or group — just message me. We agree on details and price, you pay via PayPal, and I deliver the full report directly to you.
This “reservation” approach ensures I only take on missions when the costs are properly covered.
I still have the old Patreon page up for now, but I will not be posting new content there anymore. My full focus is now on my own direct PayPal subscriptions and custom missions.
This change is about making everything cleaner, fairer, and more sustainable for the long run. I believe it will allow me to create better work for you.
